- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return freight costs, if any. Thank you!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less return freight fees within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and
post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at irina@everwilddesigns.com. Thanks!
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date if an item is out of stock.
Orders ship from Encinitas, California.
We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping providers and pass the discounted rates to the customer.
We strive to offer compostable, recyclable packaging and/or made from post-consumer materials.
Our goal is to reduce our environmental impact to the greatest extent possible. We are always seeking out new and innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint. To that end, we ship our products in recyclable or compostable containers and use custom-designed gift packaging made from recyclable materials, complete with hemp ribbon. We believe that it is our responsibility to reduce our impact on the planet and are committed to finding new solutions that will allow us to do so.

The Everwild Designs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Everwild Designs
(“Everwild Designs”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and
conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service
following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Everwild Designs’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages
from and on behalf of Everwild Designs through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if
your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an
automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may
include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is

to other Everwild Designs mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires
otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their
respective mobile terms.
